Recombinant Media Labs
Welcome to RecombinantMediaLabs.org! This is a blog about health. Health is the most important of our life because without a healthy body and mind there is no way we can have a quality life.
A good health will allow us to enjoy ourselves with our loved ones, to do all the things that we would like to do – sports, travel, work, outing, study, friends gathering, and the list goes on.
As we grow older with age we need to pay more attention to health and there are more that we need to do to keep ourselves healthy. In fact, we should strive to stay healthy naturally as much as we can and stay away from prescription medication. Nevertheless, these are times that we cannot 100% avoid that but before we go that path we must keep ourselves healthy by doing the right things in our daily activities.
Some of the basic things that we can do are:
1. Exercise – make sure you get at least 30mins of exercise daily. Exercise helps to keep our muscular strength and at the same time the increased blood circulation, perspiration and breathing helps the lymph nodes with it detoxification and immunity functions.
2. Eat a lot of greens – vegetables are good for our body, eat at least 1kg of vegetables a day is good according to some studies. A good mix of different types of vegetables are essential.
3. Water – drink at least 1.5 liter of water everyday and I am referring to plain water, not any carbonated or sweetened drinks. Water helps to keep our body hydrated and at the same time remove toxins from our body.
I am a health enthusiast that is why I had put together this blog to help others like me who always have a burning question about various topics about health.
Health science had progress so much in this century that we are lost for what are out there and what each medical advances can do for us and what are the good for. The last thing we want to be in is to be put through a procedure that is either no necessary or it is simply not effective. All we want is to get the best and having to spend as little as possible in terms of time and money to get a cure.
Here in this blog I have garnered articles from different sources that I feel may be useful in providing you with the much needed information when you are researching on a specific topic.
However, I would like to caution that while this blog aims to help you with an educated decision, the information presented here are that of the authors and the owner of this site is not responsible for any procedure proposed here or the accuracy of the information presented. If you are not sure or are in serious medical conditions, it still advisable that you consult a trained physician.
